At Kimberley Ann Designs, we take great pride in the creativity and originality of our designs. Because our products—including apparel, hoodies, and mugs—are custom-made specifically for you at the time of your order, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency and fairness.
By making a purchase at www.kimberleyannartandphotography.com.au, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Nature of Products
All items sold on our website are "Print-on-Demand." This means that when you place an order, we create the product specifically for you. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, we cannot support returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to quality or shipping errors.
2. Made-to-Order Items
Because every product is printed especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or incorrect colour choice. Please double-check your sizing using the size chart before ordering.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong design/print, please email us a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping, as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Issues (Lost in Transit or Significantly Delayed)
If your package is lost in transit or hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll work with our production partner to track it down. If we can’t resolve it, we’ll issue a refund or arrange a reprint.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Email us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and a photo (if applicable), and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
6. Returns Address
Since items are printed on demand by a production partner, we don’t accept physical returns unless the item is defective. If a return is approved, we’ll provide you with the address to send it back.
5. Incorrect Address and Unclaimed Packages
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
- Insufficient Address: If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Unclaimed Packages: Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to our production partners will be donated or discarded after a certain period. No refunds will be issued for unclaimed shipments.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
