Kimberley Ann Designs (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") is a print-on-demand (POD) business based in Queensland, Australia. POD means each item is made-to-order—your product is printed especially for you after you place your order. By ordering through www.kimberleyannartandphotography.com.au, you agree to the following shipping terms.
1. Processing and Production Times (Made-to-Order)
Because our apparel and lifestyle goods feature original digital art and are printed to order, there is a production period before your items ship.
- Production Time: Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days.
- During peak periods (such as Christmas or Mother’s Day), production may take a little longer.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Timeframes
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout. Rates can vary depending on your destination, the items in your order, and the shipping method available at the time of purchase.
- Australia (Domestic): After production, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days.
- International: After production, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates provided by carriers/fulfilment partners and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Tracking Information
Tracking is included where available. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged by your local authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
5. Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
- Because items are made-to-order, we may have a limited window to update an address once an order is placed.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs (and in some cases, reprint costs if the item can’t be returned to stock).
